Trim My Fur X Kong Toys - Funsters Flip

We have come to the last review of Kong Toys in our 4 weeks special with Kong Toys. We hoped that you have enjoyed reading all the toy reviews over the past 4 weeks. We have had our share of fun while working on the reviews to introduce these various wonderful range of Kong toys to you.

Let us end the toys review with a colourful twist, a squeaky triangular shaped toy that resembles the chinese dumpling. It is made from durable canvas which your furkid can flip, bite and fetch. It can also float on water and be played as a water toy.

 
Kong Funsters Flip is available in extra small size (As shown on above photo).



Whenever we introduce a new toy to Milky, she will give us this look.
As if she was asking, "Can this be eaten ?" I guess this one really looks as if a packet of food is wrapped inside, so you cannot blame her for that look.



The place where Milky is biting on will give off a squeaky sound when pressed. The ropes made it easy for tossing during the fetch game.



Sometimes, Milky would also tug on the rope and fling the Kong Funster toy around as if she was fighting a war with it.



When she's tired, she will temporarily rest the toy on her hands before she figure it all out and invent her new version of old games again.

Do supervise play at all times in case they start chewing and eating falling small parts from the toys especially for toys that are about to worn out.

5 Care and maintenance tips for your dog's toys:

1. Check if the toy can be washed. If able, use a toothbrush to gently brush off dirt and debris stucked on the toy, give it a good wash using cold water to wash dirt and stains away. Squeeze off excess water and dry it well with a dryer or leave it in the sun.

2. For plastic toys, some people recomend mixing 50%  vinegar with 50% water and soaking for 30 minutes before wash off.

3. If it is a soft toy or cloth toy, you may like to sun the toy for 10-15 minutes to ward off unpleasant smells and kill off bacteria.

4. Check if the toy needs fixing if it is a soft toy or cloth toy. You can make use of some recycled cloth to do some patching up and give it to your dogs to play again. Be environmentally friendly, reduce, reuse and recycle.
5. If the toy is too old, or worn out, then it's time to toss the toy away. This gives you excuse to get new toys! Do share toys that your dogs are not playing anymore with other dogs. Give those toys a new life, just like Kong Cares.
