Please note with effect from January 2020, we only accept confirmed Facebook appointment bookings & WhatsApp bookings for our regulars. We do not accept phone in enquiries or appointment bookings. All other forms of bookings will also not be entertained.

You may send us a (PM) via Facebook for enquiries, and to make an appointment. We appreciate if you can make an advanced booking with us with 3-5 days notification as we may not be able to make last minute arrangement for your pet's grooming session.

Please note that the following dogs will also be rejected:

1) Dogs with fleas/ticks will strictly be rejected.

2) Dogs with serious skin problems.

3) Aggressive dogs, dogs that will bite or impossible to handle.
4) Large sized dogs will be rejected. (E.g - Mongrel, Cocker Spaniels, ChowChow, Golden Retriever, Huskies etc..)

5) Severely matted dogs will also be rejected even for shave down services.

6) Dogs whom are on heat.

7) Dogs whom are currently too old to be groomed.

8) Dogs whom are medically ill, unable to stand or unwell & unsuitable for groom.

4) Service request: Basic grooming / Full grooming

Trim My Fur Operating hours:

Mon - Fri: 9.30am ~ 6pm
Last Basic grooming request: 5pm
Last Full grooming request: 4pm

Sat & Sun: 9am ~ 7pm
Last Basic grooming request: 6pm
Last Full grooming request: 4pm

Basic Grooming for small and medium sized dogs approx: 1 - 1.5 hours

Full Grooming approx: 2 - 3 hours

Do cater additional time for dematting services and if your dog is a first-timer.
Do note that dematting/de-shedding services will be chargeable.

We discourage pawrents to stay and watch the whole grooming process as it can be unsafe for the dog as they will fidget during the grooming session. Such a request will strictly be rejected. We appreciate your understanding on this for the safety of your dogs and the trust that you placed in us when grooming them.
